Brent, Harrow and Hillingdon Local Improvement Finance Trust (BHH LIFT) is a joint venture between the public and private sectors to provide an effective delivery vehicle for transforming public service infrastructure in the local community.

Our projects are about more than just bricks and mortar.  We design, finance and build facilities that are not only intended to house a wide range of key health and social care services, but also to play a part in regenerating the local area and provide a focal point for the local community.

To date, we have completed seven developments including neighbourhood resource centres, primary care centres and an acute specialist treatment centre.
