Since our formation in 2004, BHH LIFT has successfully matched public sector need with private sector investment to deliver high quality, fit for purpose new facilities that have had a significant impact on the communities they serve.
BHH has seven operational facilities ranging from primary care centres focussed on the health and social care needs of their surrounding community, to an acute development which includes four operating theatres for Hillingdon Hospital NHS Trust. Recently opened, on behalf of Harrow Local Authority, are three Neighbourhood Resource Centres (NRCs) which provide educational and cultural programmes for adults with severe learning difficulties and act as a base for outreach services.
BHH provides a broad range of partnering services from stakeholder engagement, estate strategy development and healthcare planning, to building design, capital finance, construction and facilities management. We provide these services across a range of areas including health and social care, children’s services, community centres, social housing, key worker accommodation and leisure facilities.
