Sudbury Primary Care Centre, Brent
A modern, spacious and accessible building in a central location, Sudbury Primary Care Centre provides integrated healthcare to the local community and has attracted a wide range of new services since it opened its doors. Current services being housed in the facility include a busy GP practice and a weekly baby clinic.
Monk’s Park Primary Care Centre, Brent
Monk’s Park Primary Care Centre is a light and contemporary building, providing integrated, community-based health and social care services to meet the complex needs of the local community. At present, the new centre houses services including child health clinics, speech and language therapy services, cardiac nurse clinics and consultant diabetes clinics with further services being commissioned.
Byron Park, Kenmore Road and Vaughan Road NRCs, Harrow
Opened in July 2009, these three NRCs located in Harrow aim to change the way in which Harrow Council work with adults with learning disabilities in the borough by co-locating care management, therapy and day services under one roof. The centres provide a contemporary and spacious environment in which adults with severe learning disabilities can take part in community activities, learn new and improve existing skills and access information about linked services in Harrow. Each NRC has been individually designed to fit in with and enhance the local environment and has integrated features to reduce the environmental impact of each building.
